Comments:
The buyer, in case of questions about the status, mass and dimensional characteristics of the sold goods and equipment, can visit the warehouses of the Reftinskaya GRES branch of Kuzbassenergo JSC for a comprehensive appraisal of the acquired Property. After submitting an application for auction, the Buyer's claims and refusals will not be accepted.
Refusal to export at the won price is a reason for disqualification of the Participant and the ban on trading for B2B under the tenders of PJSC Enel Russia.
