Comments:
The buyer, if there are any questions about the condition, weight and dimensions of the goods and materials sold, can visit the warehouses of the Reftinskaya GRES branch of Kuzbassenergo JSC for a comprehensive assessment of the acquired Property. After the submission of the bid for the auction, claims and refusals of the Buyer will not be accepted.
Refusal to export at the won price is the reason for the disqualification of the Participant and the prohibition of trading on B2B in the tenders of PJSC Enel Russia.
