Comments:
The buyer, if there are questions on the state, mass and dimensional characteristics of the sold TMC can visit the warehouses of the branch "Reftinskaya GRES" of JSC "Kuzbassenergo" for comprehensive appraisal of the purchased Property. After submitting an application for bidding, the Claims and refusal of the Buyer are not accepted.
Refusal of export at the won price is the reason for disqualification of the Participant and ban bids on B2B on tenders of PJSC "Enel Russia".
