Комментарии::Настоящий запрос предложений не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447 - 449 ч. 1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057 - 1061 ч. 2 ГК РФ.
