Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The price of the purchased scrap must be indicated in Russian rubles per physical ton excluding VAT.
A prerequisite is the availability of a license for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of non-ferrous scrap (with appendices).
Please note that this announcement of the sale is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The terms of this announcement are considered a commercial offer and are not an offer. All essential conditions for the conclusion of an agreement between the addressee and Ural Steel JSC have not been agreed. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
