The cost presented by the Bidders of the procedure is unchanged until the end of the scrap metal export period.
Refusal to export at the won price is the reason for the disqualification of the Bidder and the prohibition of the competitive bidding process for B2B tenders of PJSC EL5-Energo.
The Organizer reserves the right NOT TO CONSIDER PROPOSALS sent WITHOUT ALL MANDATORY DOCUMENTS on OT and TB in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

It is possible to inspect the scrap on the territory of the station.
