Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Organizer established minimum bid increment per one for each item.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completed works, subject to the provision of all closing documents.
Location and terms of delivery:Removal from the warehouse is carried out on a daily basis or by bid. The address of the warehouses is indicated in the Commercial Proposal form and Requirements Specification. Please pay attention to the lack of possibility of removal of trucks more than 6m from the site "Veshki"

Comments:
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
Bidders should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their bids.
The Bidder must complete and submit all documents:
01. Appendix No. 1 "Commercial Proposal form": Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
02. Appendix No. 2 "KA Card" in Excel format
03. Appendix No. 4 "Compliance questionnaire" in Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
04. Appendix No. 6 "Consent to participate" in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)

The accreditation criterion is compliance with all bid documentation requirements
The number of services specified in the bid documentation is indicative and represents the amount that can be selected /not selected / exceeded by X5 Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
