* A completed questionnaire on the sample of the Buyer, certified by signature and seal;
Company card, stamped and signed;
* A copy of the company's Charter (or amendments to it)/1str., the main provisions, the composition of participants, which body the executive body is elected by, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized capital, the last sheet (negotiable, with the registration number of the registering body);
A copy of the Creation Decision;
* A copy of the Certificate of state registration;
