Payment terms:Settlements must be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 10 working days from the date of signing the Specification.
Location and terms of delivery:Export is carried out by the Buyer within 10 working days from the date of payment from the Supplier's territory: Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Purovsky district, Purpe settlement, Northern Expedition, Geologov str., 41, no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the bid.

Comments:
The necessary set of documents for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Provision of a commercial offer with a signature and seal. Terms of payment, delivery;
2. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
3. A copy of the value added tax (VAT) declaration, Calculation of insurance payments (RSV) for the last reporting period with a receipt for acceptance by the tax authority;
4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
5. Certificate of tax registration of a legal entity;
6. Certificate of the status of tax and fee settlements, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission;
7. The Charter;
8.Accounting statements for the last reporting period;
9. Certificates, licenses, dealer relations;
10. Current company card.
Guided by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation:
- this procedure for requesting a proposal is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
- this procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061h.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
- the organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
