Payment terms:100% prepayment for the amount of scrap metal agreed in the specification to the contract is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier.
Location and terms of delivery:December 2020-January 2021 by forces and at the expense of the Buyer within 5 days from the date of signing the contract.
The weight of the scrap is determined by the Seller's scales at the location of the scrap.
Approximate weight - 30.8 tons.
The buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of 100% of the scrap volume in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specification. If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the submitted proposal (no letter of refusal, no contact by mail or by phone), as well as if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the validity period of the specification concluded with him and does not fulfill the conditions of the tender, then in the next three months the tender committee does not consider his proposals.
