Payment terms:payment under this Agreement shall be made in the following order:
In the amount of 100% of the cost of each unit of goods-within 40 days from the receipt of each item of goods and original invoices-invoices "buyer".
Delivery terms:Pre-delivery. Delivery at the expense of the supplier. Delivery to the customer's warehouse within 15 days.

Comments:
1. Acceptance of the customer's contract text
2. This lot is a procedure of price coordination with further conclusion of a long-term contract for the period up to 31.12.2019 G.
3. The specified quantity and is not the actual requirement. possible increase/decrease.
4. The amount of the contract will be determined after price agreement and selection of suppliers.
5. Fixing of prices for the period of validity of the contract.
6. Placing proposals in all positions is preferable.
7. Each consignment of products to be delivered shall have the following original supporting documents:
- Certificates of conformity with blue seal or quality passports with blue seal, technical passports of the product, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation-1 copies.
- Original invoice-1 copies.
- Commodity waybill (Form № torg-12)-2 copies.
The invoice and the consignment note on the form Torg-12 are transferred to the buyer together with the products.
8. The customer has the right to refuse the conclusion of the contract without explanation.
9. Delivery will be carried out only on actual requirement with signature of specifications.
10. Payment within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the goods and originals of invoices "by the buyer".
10. Participation in the lot means acceptance of the above conditions in full. In the future, the contract text is not subject to change.
