Payment terms:
Payment terms: The price includes all transport and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by the transport of the Supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "ChMK". Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery on DAP terms, Chelyabinsk is possible.
Comments: 1) Mandatory presence of a certificate of conformity (certificate of origin), original passports and permission to use;
With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods.
2) Production year - 2020;
3) Signing a supply agreement in the standard form of PJSC ChMK, without protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received proposals without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of the products and companies with a dealer certificate have priority.
6) Consideration of the terms of delivery and terms of payment of the Supplier is possible.
7) If you are an official representative of a manufacturing company, please attach all documents to B2B.
8) If a participant registered in the system does not have the opportunity to submit an offer on his own due to the absence of an EDS, it is possible to attach offers sent to the e-mail chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru.
To attach offers on behalf of the Participant, the following documents are MANDATORY:
- Offer (commercial proposal), certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization (must contain the number of products offered, unit price excluding VAT, total amount excluding VAT, production time, payment terms, delivery terms);
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (for example: charter, power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims due to the fact that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant himself (in free form on the company's letterhead signed by an authorized person).

Acceptance of offers to the Organizer's email address ends up to 6 hours before the end of the procedure, the attachment of offers to the auction is possible up to 4 hours before the end.
9) In case of rebidding, an offer from a Supplier that is not registered on the B2B trading platform on an ongoing basis must be sent to the email box chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru.
