Organization-winner, having no valid contract with JSC "Izhstal" within one day should download to your system the following documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. A copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise;
2. A copy of a tax registration certificate;
3. Map the counterparty in a free form, containing the following information: full name, legal and actual address, name of head, Chief Accountant NAME, telephone numbers, fax numbers, details of bank accounts, including the address of the Bank;
4. Copy of last income statement (form No. 2);
5. A certificate from the TAX AUTHORITY at the place of registration on absence of debts on taxes, etc. mandatory payments;
6. Power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.
Please note that this request is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, article 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
