Payment terms:no advance is foreseen. Deferred payment within 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of originals of the reporting documents (S-F, Torg12, TN).
Delivery terms:Delivery Details: Yaroslavl, Moskovsky Prospekt, 130. Slavneft-Janos
Delivery time: Until 15.12.2018 year.
All shipping, packing and other costs must be included in the product price.
The supplied products shall be new.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure by using the ETP functional (clarification requests).
2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal (with indication of delivery time), signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of this procedure (form attached). The organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the participant in case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
