If tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to ensure the integrity of the Supplier, the Purchaser shall have the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment by the Supplier of providing services, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case of not providing these documents, the Purchaser has the right to reject the proposal.
