Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
100% post-payment, within at least 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals, correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices)). Comments: Requirements for participants:
Price fixing for at least 1 year (4 periods). The number of periods can be changed;
• Similar experience of working with large organizations with an extensive network of medium and small stores and / or offices;
• Availability of an appropriate material and technical base for the work;
• Suppliers that cover all positions are considered. Other commercial offers will not be accepted;
• Availability of specialists required to perform the expected scope of work;
• Workers of the assembly team must be fluent in Russian;
• Readiness to work according to the form of the Customer Agreement (Appendix No. 3 - Draft Agreement)
• To conclude a contract, a successful bidder must pass the Due Diligence check with the provision of all necessary documentation according to the list attached to the tender procedure - Appendix # 2 - List of documents for the Due Diligence check.

Volumes may change during operation.

This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
