Payment terms:Оплата по договору производится с отсрочкой платежа 30 календарных дней после подписания сторонами акта выполненных работ по фактическому объему. Промежуточные акты к оплате принимаются Заказчиком по фактически выполненному объему работ.
Delivery terms:Требования к материалам: в соответствии с ТЗ (Приложение 1)., используемые в работе материалы и оборудование должны быть новыми, ранее не используемыми и иметь сертификаты соответствия качества.
Требования по обеспечению материалами: комплектацию и поставку материалов, в полном объёме согласно техническому заданию осуществляет Подрядчик.

в отношении выполняемых Подрядчиком работ устанавливается гарантийный срок не менее 18 месяцев с момента подписания сторонами акта сдачи-приемки работ и включения оборудования в работу. Гарантии качества распространяются на все конструктивные элементы, выполняемые подрядчиком. В течение указанного срока Подрядчик обеспечивает ремонт и замену некачественного оборудования, а так же устраняет дефекты и недостатки в работе оборудования за свой счет.
Сметный расчет произвести по ТЕР г. Пензы.
Участник исполнения Договора должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном порядке и иметь действующие свидетельства о допуске к выполняемым видам работ в рамках Договора. Наличие Свидетельства СРО обязательно
