Final settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act of work performed, services rendered (Form No. H-A4), subject to the timely submission of an invoice (or UPD).
The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on choosing the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. 8)

The tender is conducted on a decreasing coefficient to work / services from the estimated cost taking into account the prices of materials (the cost of materials is set by the procurement participant for the relevant items of the estimate). Received prices for materials and a reduction factor for work / services are fixed for the entire period of the contract. In case of adjustment of the estimated cost of materials indicated by the customer, it is necessary to attach the adjusted estimates to the cost of materials for each item.
Materials are purchased by the contractor, equipment is provided by the customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
