Payment terms:	Оплата по Договору осуществляется в следующем порядке: 1. Авансовый платеж в размере 10 (десяти) % от стоимости Работ выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора и получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного, но не ранее 3 (трех) дней с даты предоставления Подрядчиком копии договора страхования строительно-монтажных работ, 2. Платеж в размере 80 (восьмидесяти) % от стоимости Работ выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Акта о приемке выполненных Работ на основании счета, выставленного Подрядчиком; 3. Окончательный платеж по Договору в размере 10% Цены Договора, выплачивается в течение 30 календарных дней с даты ввода Заказчиком объекта в эксплуатацию, что подтверждается подписанием Сторонами Акта о приеме-сдаче отремонтированных, реконструированных, модернизированных объектов основных средств (форма № ОС-3).
Delivery terms:	Работы выполняются в следующие сроки: -начало выполнения Работ: 15.12.2012г. -окончание выполнения Работ: 30.09.2013г.
