1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ", g. Novocherkassk
11. The purpose of the work.
11.1. To carry out reconstruction and dosing area in order to increase the accuracy of dosing of dry batch of the 2nd process thread of the SPC (site № 1).
12. List and scope of work performed:
12.1. Improvement of varietal bunkers № 1- № 11 which includes:
12.1.1. According to the scheme No. 1 Annex No. 2 it is necessary to rework existing varietal bunkers (change of hopper geometry, in order to install screw feeders). Install level sensors in 11 bunkers. Productivity of the nm feeder 5 h.
12.1.2. For varietal bunkers 6.7, provide for installation of valves type "Armatek" or analogue before the feeder of screw type to exclude spillage of small fractions.
12.2. Installation of 4 suspension hoppers — dispensers, suspension to be performed on three load cells.

- 1 outboard hopper - from bunkers № 1- 2;
- 2 suspension bunker - from bunkers № 3-5;

3.3 Install iron oxide dispenser on three load cells, maximum volume 40 kg, dosing accuracy 0.2 kg.

3.5. When installing outboard bunkers, take into account the dimensions for the movement of the dosing cart not less than 2200 mm.
4. $ Supply of materials and construction machinery.
4.1 Materials, equipment and components shall be supplied by the Contractor.
4.2 Construction and lifting equipment installation equipment, tools and all consumables to them, PPE necessary for carrying out works shall be provided by the Contractor.
5. Requirements to the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have experience in performing such works, provide a reference list with a list of performed works for the competition.
5.2. The contractor must have the necessary production and human qualified resources to perform this work, be a member of the self-regulatory organization. Have a certificate of the head, ITR and workers on industrial safety at GCO and medical clearance according to Annex 1.
5.4. In case of comments on the quality of performed works, violation of TB and at the request of the Customer's specialists. The contractor is obliged to immediately replace workers who do not perform work qualitatively.
5.5. The work performed is not qualitatively must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the specialist supervising the work.
5.6. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarize with the object of work, it is necessary to arrive the Contractor's specialists to the Customer at the place of work.
5.8. Prior to the commencement of the work, the Contractor shall be fully equipped with machinery, equipment and tools in accordance with paragraph 4. of this TK.
5.9. The Contractor shall specify the payment procedure and other conditions in his commercial offer.
5.10. Placement of workers engaged in the performance of these works is performed by the Contractor or on a contractual basis the Customer.
5.11 The contractor shall undergo induction training in order to perform the work. All works performed on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions "On the application of tolerances in the production of high-risk works at JSC "EPM-NEZ".
6. $ Terms and conditions of work
6.1 Work in an existing enterprise. Working hours of the enterprise are round the clock.

— Prior to the issuance of the work permit, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer: copies of documents confirming the presence in the contractor organization of labor protection service and/or occupational safety specialist (order on appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate occupational safety specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
