11. The purpose of the work.
11.1. To carry out reconstruction and dosage area in order to increase the accuracy of dosing dry batch of the 2nd technological thread of the SPC (site №1).

12. List and scope of work performed:
12.1. Finalization of varietal bunkers №1-№11 which includes:
12.1.1. According to the scheme No. 1 of Appendix No. 2 it is necessary to carry out the revision of the existing varietal bunkers (changing the geometry of the bunker, in order to install screw feeders). Install level sensors in 11 bunkers. Feeder output nm 5 h.
12.1.2. For varietal hoppers 6,7 provide installation of shutters of disc type "Armatek" or analogue in front of screw type feeder to avoid spillage of small fractions.

12.2. Installation of 4 suspended hoppers - dispensers, suspension to perform on three load cells.

- 1 suspended hopper - from bunkers №1- 2;
- 2 suspended hopper - from bunkers №3-5;

3.3 Install the iron oxide dispenser hopper on three load cells, maximum volume 40 kg, dosing accuracy 0.2 kg.
3.4 Implement the power supply project for new equipment

3.5. When installing suspended hoppers, take into account the dimensions for the movement of the dosing cart not less than 2200 mm.

4. Supply of materials and construction machinery.
4.1 Materials, equipment and components shall be supplied by the Contractor.
4.2 Construction and lifting equipment installation equipment, tools and all consumables to them, PPE necessary for carrying out works shall be provided by the Contractor.

5. Requirements to the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have experience in performing such works, submit to the competition a reference list with the list of performed works.
5.2. The contractor must have the necessary production and human qualified resources to perform the work, be a member of the self-regulatory organization. Have the certification of the head, engineering and workers on industrial safety on GCO and the presence of medical clearance according to Annex 1.
5.4. In case of comments on the quality of performed works, violation of TB and at the request of the Customer's specialists. The Contractor is obliged to immediately replace the employees who do not perform the work qualitatively.
5.5. Performed not qualitatively work should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the specialist supervising the work.
5.6. To clarify the conditions of performance of works, familiarization with the object of work it is necessary to arrive the Contractor's specialists to the Customer at the place of work.
5.8. Prior to the commencement of work, the Contractor shall be fully equipped with machinery, equipment and tools according to paragraph 4. of this TK.
5.9. The Contractor in his commercial offer shall indicate the payment order and other conditions.
5.10. Placement of workers employed for the performance of these works is carried out by the Contractor or on a contractual basis by the Customer.
5.11 In order to perform the work, the contractor must undergo an introductory instruction. All works performed on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions "On the application of permits in the production of high-risk works at JSC "EPM-NEZ".

6. Conditions of work
6.1 Work in an existing enterprise. The operating hours of the enterprise are 24 hours a day.

10. Requirements for the performer:

—The Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer prior to the issuance of the Work Permit: copies of documents confirming the presence in the contractor organization of labor protection service and/or occupational safety specialist (order on appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate specialist of labor protection) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
