- The decision to select a supplier based on the results of a request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee of PPPO LLC.

- Under no circumstances may this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LLC "PPPO" is not responsible for the refusal to conclude an agreement with persons who have submitted a proposal to conclude an appropriate transaction.
