Comments:
The price and total cost of the proposal should include all taxes and other obligatory payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, all expenses for mobilization and demobilization, transportation and other expenses of the Participant.

The participant must agree to work with contractors, between which direct agreements will be concluded between the Company and the Company for the implementation of certain stages of work.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
