Payment terms:Авансовые платежи выплачиваются Подрядчику в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней с даты заключения договора, на основании счета на предоплату в размере 20% от стоимости работ.
Оплата выполненных и переданных по акту Заказчику работ производится на основании Графика финансирования работ в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней с момента подписания сторонами справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3 и прилагаемого к ней акта приемки выполненных этапов работ по форме КС-2. на основании представленного счета-фактуры, оформленного в соответствии с требованиями п. 5, 6 ст. 169 НК РФ и Правил, утвержденных постановлением Правительства РФ № 914 от 02.12.00г., с учетом выплаченных авансов.
Окончательный расчет за выполненные работы производится не позднее 30 (тридцати) банковских дней с момента приемки Заказчиком объекта по последнему этапу работ.
