Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Attention! Bidding will take place in two stages: qualification and final.
Following the results of the qualification stage (verification of documentation and work experience), the final stage of bidding will be organized between participants meeting the requirements of the TK.

A detailed list of mandatory documentation is attached to bidding.
In the absence of a complete package of documents and the required work experience, the application in the tender is not considered.
All documents must be attached when submitting an application, there will be no further requests.

Price is the most weighty, but not the only criterion for assessing the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: TK compliance, delivery/performance period, guarantees, price, advance/postpayment, provision of advance, business reputation and work experience , readiness to work under the model contract.
