Payment terms:
1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
Payment for work under this Agreement may be made by the Customer by transferring bills to the Contractor. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. From the moment of transfer of the bill of exchange, the Customer shall be deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for work.
2. Payment for work performed, made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of acts on the performance of work.
Delivery terms:
1. The deadline is according to the schedule agreed with the Customer.
2. Warranty period is 24 months.
3. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
4. In TCH indicate the date of completion of work, as well as provide local cost estimates.
5. The presence of SRO.
6. Personnel must be certified for this type of work.
7. The materials and equipment used must be agreed with the Customer in advance.
8. The scope of work should be performed in accordance with the attached defect list No. 07-27 / 45-255 of 02/18/2020.

1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the performance of work.
2. By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier independently fulfilling delivery obligations, including but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
