Comments:
It is absolutely necessary:

1. Sign the "Consent to provide Due Diligence documents" on the participant's letterhead and attach it to (pdf).

2. Fill out and attach a qualification questionnaire from the documents for UP to (pdf + word).

3. COMPLETE the KP (VOR) form approved by RTI LLC and upload it in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the seal of the organization) and Excel (editable).
If the data in your original KP changes (during the bidding process), download the current KP form (according to the established form) corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amount from the downloaded signed KP will be taken into account.
Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the task. Analogues can only be offered in addition to the main offer.
4. ATTACH as attachments to the KP:
4.1. approximate schedule of work.
4.2. a reference list with a list of similar works performed, indicating the amounts of contracts and contact details of Customers.
4.3. a specification with the technical characteristics of the alternative equipment and materials used (when submitting an addendum). Alternative KP).
The conclusion of the contract is possible ONLY in the form of the Customer (the framework agreement is attached to the procurement documentation).
Any proposal that does not meet the requirements of the Notification or contains an incomplete set of documents /conflicting provisions may be rejected without obligation to explain the reasons.
