Auto-extension

Payment terms:
cashless payment is made by transfer to the account of the winner of open request of proposals electronically. Calculations according to the contract between the customer and winner of an open request for proposals in electronic form shall be made in the manner prescribed by Regulation of the CENTRAL BANK of RUSSIA "on rules for the implementation of money transfer" from 19.06.2012 № 383 p.
Payment is carried out as follows:
1) within 5 (five) working days after the signing of the contract by both parties and if there are providing security for the performance of the obligations of the customer on account of the winner of open request for proposals in electronic form lists the advance payment of 50% of the prices Treaty.
Payment for all work performed minus previously issued advance payment is made by the customer upon completion of the entire scope of work based on the account of the winner of open request for proposals in electronic form within 5 (five) working days subject to availability signed by the Parties Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2), information on the cost of work performed and costs (COP 3), accompanied by the invoice.
2) in case of the provision of security and the provision of a formal letter of certification of work performance in the absence of advance work, the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form without payment of the advance. In this case, payment for the work performed is made by the customer upon completion of the entire scope of work based on the account of the winner of open request for proposals in electronic form within 5 (five) working days subject to availability Act signed by the parties acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2), information on the cost of work performed and costs (COP 3), accompanied by the invoice.
Delivery terms:
work performance term-60 working days from the date of payment of the advance, when no payment is 60 working days from the date of signing of the contract by both parties. In the absence of advance the winner of open request of proposals electronically must begin to work within 5 (five) working days from the moment of signing the contract by the two parties, and in case of the advance payment within 5 (five) business days from the date of payment of the advance.
