Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
It is ABSOLUTELY necessary:
1. PASS the pre-qualification selection (PKO) LLC "RTI" at the link: https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=2632955
2. COMPLETE the KP (VOR) form approved by RTI LLC and upload it in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the organization's seal) and Excel (editable).
If you change the data in your original KP (during the auction), download the current KP form (according to the established form) corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amount from the downloaded signed CP will be taken into account.
3. ATTACH as attachments to the KP:
3.1. approximate schedule of work.
3.2. a reference list with a list of similar works performed, indicating the amounts of contracts and the contact details of Customers.
Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the task. Analogs can only be offered in addition to the main offer.
The conclusion of the contract is possible ONLY in the form of the Customer (the framework agreement is attached to the procurement documentation).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
