Payment terms:
calculations on the design and exploration work: • phase 1 Payment by (I) phase (design and survey works) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works and invoicing. Estimates for construction and installation phase 2: • Payments on completion of the contract shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14 Annex 9 hereto). • Excess volumes and Contractor costs not supported by relevant additional agreement, shall be paid by the contractor at his own expense, provided that they are not caused by failure to perform their obligations by the customer. • Invoices are billed to the customer by the contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Deadline for stage I works: within 60 calendar days from the moment of signing the contract. The deadline for the completion of construction, commissioning within 20 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works.
