Payment terms:The Customer pays to the Contractor the cost of each of the completed stages of work, if any, on the first working Thursday after the expiration of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, calculated from the day following the date of signing by the Customer of the Act on acceptance of the work performed (No. KS-2) on the corresponding stage of work, and a certificate of the cost of the work performed (form No. KS-3) in the presence of the original invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
