Payment terms:30% of the contract value is transferred within 10 days from the date of signing the contract; 20% of the contract value is transferred within 20 days from the date of signing the deed of transfer of the construction site by the customer (with timely performance of works in accordance with the approved schedule of works, as well as signing by the parties of Acts Hidden works and the Contractor's presentation of hidden works by sections: HVS, Waterproofing, heating, Sewerage); 45% of the contract value is transferred within 15 days from the date of signing of the acts on acceptance of executed works (KS-2, KS-3), but after checking the actual volumes of works; 5% of the contract value is a guarantee security contribution and is transferred within 10 days after the expiry of 18 months from the moment of signing the certificates of acceptance of the executed works)
