Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract value, paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of the work performed.
The warranty period for the work performed is at least 2 years from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion.

The procedure and schedule for the production of work must be agreed with the customer.
The organization must be a member of the SRO
When calculating the cost, take into account: 1. The work will be done in a working GM. 2. Do not give a proposal for the cost of work without receiving preliminary confirmation from PJSC "Kubanenergo" of the possibility of issuing a technical specification in accordance with the Customer's TOR For hot work, issue a work permit
