Be sure to provide a commercial proposal. Save the cost of services offered at least 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of results with ETP. Estimated calculations with a reduction factor should be attached to the commercial proposal.
Documents necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. INN (TIN)
3. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
4. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting for the last reporting period.
8. SRO is mandatory!
This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of asking prices at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants of the request proposals.
