Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

4. Bank guarantee with an advance amount of more than 2 million rubles.
Delivery terms:1. Obtaining a warrant for excavation work.
2. Summoning representatives of organizations and owners of adjacent engineering networks to coordinate the production of earthworks.
3. Execution of construction and installation works.
4. Performing hydraulic tests of newly installed vehicle networks, DHW.
5. Flushing of vehicle networks, DHW.
6. Preparation and transfer of executive documentation to the Customer.
7. Landscaping.
8. Delivery of the object to ISOGD.
9. Entering the object into explantation.
