5. Trained, certified and with valid personnel certificates;
6. OWN material and technical base
7. Before submission of the commercial offer it is obligatory to survey Executor works of construction site of Customer with participation of technical specialists of Customer;
8. Consent to the conclusion of the Customer's model contract;
9. Before the beginning of works to provide a schedule of production of works within 2 days from the moment of receipt of the nominee letter;

The Decision to choose a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals-is accepted by the Tender Committee of LLC "ARNZO" and is reported in accordance with the regulations of LLC "ARNZO". The Tender Committee of LLC "ARNZO" reserves the right not to recognize the winner of any of the participants.
