This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This request is not an auction (including in the form of a tender, auction or other form) or a public tender regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on JSC "Salavatsteklo" obligations provided for by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the most advantageous offer.
The request can be canceled at any time before the results are summed up.
In the event of a change in the terms of the Request or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with participation in the request, including those related to participation in negotiations, will not be reimbursed.
Information about the final results of your participation in this Request will be sent to you by e-mail.
The selection of the most advantageous offer for JSC "Salavatsteklo" is carried out taking into account the evaluation of the following criteria:
- it is preferable to defer payment for 30 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works
- it is preferable to conclude a Contract in the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo".
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial offer has been received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
-the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
The need to have documents confirming admission to work that have an impact on the safety of capital construction projects.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
