Current payments are paid by the Customer in the amount of 95% of the cost of construction and installation, start-up and adjustment works, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signature by the Customer of the relevant acts of delivery and acceptance of completed works and receiving Invoices.
Payments in the amount of the remaining 5% of the cost of construction and installation, start-up and adjustment works are paid upon completion of works and rendering of all services on construction and installation, commissioning works within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the object by the acceptance Commission on the form № KS-14.

In accordance with 1 and 2 of art. 2 of the Federal Law of the RUSSIAN Federation from 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ "On procurement of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities", this request of prices is carried out in accordance with the Unified procurement standard of PJSC "Rosnets.
According to the Documentation on the request of prices, the Organizer by the decision of the Procurement commission shall have the right to refuse from the request of prices before the date and time of the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the procurement procedure, without incurring any Liability to the Participants of the price request. All Participants of the price request, having registered their participation through the ETP, will receive corresponding notices in the order established by the rules of this system.
