Payment terms:Terms of payment according to the requirements of Rusagro Group: 100% deferred payment within 30 working days from the date of completion of the work. Intermediate payments are allowed upon acceptance of performed works.
In case of advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier/Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee in the Bank of the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation it is necessary to confirm a letter from the bank about readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of advance payment.
