Payment terms:Расчеты по настоящему договору осуществляются денежными средствами, согласно Плану - графику финансирования (Приложение №8), в следующем порядке:
- в течение 10 календарных дней, с момента получения от Подрядчика счета на аванс, Заказчик осуществляет предварительную оплату в размере 50 % от стоимости материалов и оборудования;
- расчеты за фактически выполненные работы производятся после полного закрытия суммы авансового платежа на основании счета Подрядчика и акта выполненных работ в течение 30 дней с момента подписания акта о приемке выполненных работ по форме КС-2 обеими сторонами.
