Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Payment for the supplied products shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Buyer's receipt thereof. Proposals implying a payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered at the maximum possible term - 30 days.
Delivery terms:1. To supply products that are accepted compulsory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. If products are not subject to certification-provide appropriate documentary evidence. 2. Manufacturing date not earlier than 1 (one) year-to-date deliveries, products must be new, previously unused. 3. The delivery time of products (POS. 1-12; 13 (30 places); 14-43; 44 (8 places); 45; 46 (2); 47-72; 73 (9pcs); 74-95) to 15 the number of specified delivery period with the right early delivery as agreed with the customer. The delivery time of products (item 13 (55 places); 44 (8 places); 46 (4 places); 73 (8 PCs.) 96-99) 30 days from the date of receipt of the written request from the customer. 4. Not asserted to be delivered by the customer during the period of validity of the contract products are not available and are not paid. 8. The customer reserves the right to refuse partially and/or totally from production lot at the stage of signing the contract and during its actions in connection with the change of funding and/or Product needs.
