Comments:
1. Delivery time is till 27.10.2021.
2. All prices in the offer must include the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. Requisition download is MANDATORY, price changes are not allowed after the end of submission.
4. We would like to pay special attention to the fact that the TMCs supplied must be produced no earlier than 2013, not used. The mandatory requirement for delivery is to have certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
5. The contract is concluded in the editorial office of EVRAZ Metal Inprom.
6. The following package of documents must be provided when concluding the contract The package of documents must be provided in full.
- Enterprise card;
- the Charter and its amendments;
- Copy of the State Registration Certificate (OGRN)
- A copy of the tax registration certificate;
- Copy of the certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for counterparties — individual entrepreneurs);
- Current extract from EGRUL/EGRIP for the last 3 months;
- Permitting documents - certificates, licenses and permits (if any);
- Documents confirming the contracting party's authority;
- The certificate of performance of the duty to pay taxes is KPD code 1120101. The date of issuance of the certificate is not more than 1 month;
- Population information - CND code 1110018 for the last 3 calendar years
- copies of documents confirming the location: lease agreement and/or title certificate (warehouse+office) certified by the organization's seal (if any) and signed by the head of the organization;
- Accounting statements for the last 3 calendar years with tax authorities marking acceptance:
* Form 0710001 on OCUD — Balance Sheet;
* Form 0710002 on OCUD - Statement of Financial Results;
- Financial (Management) Statements as of the last reporting date (quarter) signed by the head of the organization and certified with seal (if any):
* Form 0710001 on OCUD — Balance Sheet;
* Form 0710002 on OCUD - Statement of Financial Results;
- certified by the organization's seal (if any) and signed by the head of the organization, a copy of the VAT Declaration for the last reporting period, marked by the tax authorities on acceptance.
Documents must be submitted in pdf format within 3 business days of the submission deadline.
7. Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
