In the event of a change in the terms of the Request or its cancellation, expenses incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those related to participation in negotiations, will not be reimbursed.
The choice of the most profitable offer for Salavatsteklo Kaspiy LLC is made taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery is preferable;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement according to the standard form of Salavatsteklo Caspian LLC (the contract form can be provided to the selection participant upon request);
Salavatsteklo Kaspiy LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- no commercial offer with price, delivery terms, delivery terms and payment terms is attached;
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains inaccurate information;
- a person who sent a commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
