Comments:
Company "Т2-Mobile", Brand Tele2, invites to take part in the first stage of tender on the choice of the company for repair of antenna-mast constructions (AMC) on the territory of MR. Center.
The following documents must be submitted at this stage:
1. Package of documents RFI (NDA, Questionnaire, consent to the processing of personal data, list of statutory documents on the list).
2. Application for compliance with qualification requirements (2 tabs, plus all necessary annexes to it from column G)
3. The filled price-list in the edited format for the purpose of the initial analysis of the market.
As a result of this procedure it is planned to form a list of companies that will enter the short list of the tender and take part in the final auction.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
