4. Materials, mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the contractor.
4.1 The works are performed from the contractor's material.
4.2 The mechanism for loading and construction of asphalt concrete coatings is provided by the executor.
5. Requirements to the executor.
5.1 The executor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work and be a member of the Self-regulatory Organization (SRO).
5.2 In order to clarify the conditions of performance of works, acquaintance with the object it is desirable to arrive executor representatives to the customer.
5.3 In the organization of the executor on a staff schedule should be not less than ten regular units of working professions. The organization must conduct production and economic activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet.
5.4 The executor in his commercial offer shall indicate the procedure for payment of works and other conditions.
5.5 Certification of the head, ITER and executors on industrial safety and labor protection at the OPR. According to annex № 1.
5.6 Provision of HSE measures for safe methods of work production at the site.
6. Conditions of work
6.1 Work at the existing enterprise.
6.2 Vehicles for garbage collection and disposal of the contractor.
6.3. Load-lifting mechanisms for receiving, transporting and supplying materials, loading of debris is provided by the executor.
