Payment terms:Расчеты за выполненные работы осуществляются на основании счета Подрядчика 50% - денежными средствами на расчетный счет Подрядчика с отсрочкой платежа 45 дней со дня подписания Акта выполненных работ обеими сторонами, 50% - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 90 дней или векселями со сроком погашения не ранее 90 дней с даты эмиссии (по соглашению сторон). Счет-фактура предоставляется Подрядчиком Заказчику в течение 5 дней с момента подписания Сторонами акта о приёмке выполненных работ (КС-2) и справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма КС-3).
