Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Preferred payment terms: Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer to the Contractor's current account specified in the Contract or in a written notice (letter) The Contractor, within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs in the form no. KS-3, the Act of acceptance of the work performed in the form no. KS-2, if there is a corresponding invoice of the Contractor.
Guarantee deductions of 10% are paid by the Customer in full to the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Works by the Customer in full and signing by the Parties of the Final Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the Customer's Terms of Reference.
