Requirements for the performance of work:
1 Terms of work – within 14 days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Contractor's workshop.
2. Equipment repair includes inspection and restoration (or replacement) of failed parts.
3. 5.5 If it is necessary to perform work at the installation site of the equipment, provide for the departure of a specialist Contractor.
Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer.
The Technical and Commercial Proposal form is required to be completed.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
