Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Price shall include transportation costs.
Payment of works under this contract may be made by the customer by transfer of bills to the contractor. The transfer of bills is carried out by the act of acceptance. From the moment the bill is transferred, the customer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay the work.

Delivery terms:
1. Duration of Works – 1 week (from the moment of signing the contract)
2. Certification of ITR and performers on industrial safety of hazardous industrial facilities.
3. Warranty period of 24 months.
4. The contractor is obliged to perform the work on its own. Attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the customer.
At the request of the customer the contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient certainty to ascertain the integrity of the contractor, the customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment by the contractor including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for the performance of Works, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the customer has the right to reject the offer (offer)..
Comments: 1. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made the offer), before the deadline for receiving the applications, must be given a cost estimate for the performance of works.
2. This request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
