Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROCEDURE:

The procedure is carried out in one stage in real time. Dottorzhka is possible only in exceptional cases.
The term of the procedure can be extended at the request of the participant. To do this, contact the representative of Pirelli Russia.

SUBMISSION OF OFFER:

The final price request must be accompanied by a commercial proposal with an indication of the cost drawn up on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person.

The commercial offer must indicate:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the technical task (for example, terms, warranty obligations, etc.)
Information on the involvement of subcontractors with a listing of their names and TIN.
